Introducing the Beginner bounti GLO Programme, the first step on your progressive and transformative rebounding fitness journey, specially targeted towards ladies in their late 50s to 60s! bounti GLO is brought to you by phenomenal bounti instructor and rebounding advocate, Silvia Miles.
GLO stands for “Gorgeous Ladies Owning”, and is all about ladies of this age group, who are going through challenging life changes, taking back control and empowering themselves through optimising their wellness and quality of life well into their older years!
The Beginner bounti GLO Programme is designed to introduce you to rebounding in a gentle way, with these 10 workouts at a beginner level. During these workouts, Silvia will guide you slowly and methodically, so that you can begin learning and growing accustomed to the movements.
You will be instructed on how to bounce correctly, and how to execute the each exercise with the correct form and alignment. At this level, it’s all about understanding basic principles and techniques! With each workout being approximately 20 minutes in length, you should find the bounces and exercises comfortable, and the sequences short, repetitive and easy to follow.
There is a warm-up at the beginning, a cool-down at the end, and a short, but effective workout session in the middle, which will begin building your fitness. At this stage of the programme, there is only minimal equipment used, so you can focus solely on getting things right and mastering the fundamentals. You will need:
- Light dumbbells (0.5kg/1kg, depending what you’re most comfortable with)
- bounti Body Bar (weight of your choice)
- Mini Pilates Ball
What to expect from each of the 10 workouts:
- Workouts 1 to 3 - “Basic Workouts”: Full-body sessions, with a contemporary sound track.
- Workouts 4 to 6 - “Core Workouts”: A lot of attention is given to building core strength. The music takes you back to the 70s and 80s, so they bring should back a lot of fond memories and nostalgia!
- Workouts 7 to 9 - “Cardio Plus Workouts”: Focus on building cardio fitness. These workouts will make you sweat, with the music being more fast-paced and modern.
- Workout 10 - “bounti Favourites”: Includes all of Silvia’s favourite moves and songs!

Before choosing to do the bounti GLO Programme, we strongly suggest that you have a foundational level of rebounding fitness already established. We recommend that you complete either the bounti Foundation Programme or the bounti Beginner’s Programme prior to doing the bounti GLO Programme.
