STUDENT & SCHOLAR BOUNTI CLASSES

Calling all students and scholars, looking for an exercise solution that’s affordable, convenient and fun! bounti are presenting an incredible package to all young adults (between the ages of 13 and 25), which allows them to attend regular rebounding, bungee fitness (bounti Fly) or aerial yoga (bounti Air) classes at our Bryanston Studio (located at corner of Posthouse and Main Road) at a more affordable rate.

Our Weekly Timetable

The Bryanston bounti Studio is the largest rebounding studio on the African continent, providing the perfect environment and resources to build strength, burn calories and have fun!

We offer a timetable of over 20 classes every single week! They’re all at different times throughout the day, range in duration (from 30 to 75 minutes), and vary from beginner, to intermediate and advanced fitness levels. Although our studio is the home of rebounding fitness, it’s not the only modality we offer! That’s right, our timetable also includes bounti Fly and bounti Air classes. Both of these are also low-impact modalities – that align with the bounti philosophy of movement that heals, not harms – with bungee harnesses for bounti Fly, and aerial silk hammocks for bounti Air provided by us, in-studio! Occasionally, we even combine modalities for exciting Fusion Classes.

The bounti BODY Programme:

Did you know that we offer a rebounding programme, specially targeted towards teenagers (between the ages of 13 and 18)? That’s right, bounti BODY is a progressive 8-week programme designed to get teens up and active again!

In this programme, qualified bounti instructor, Cait, takes teens on an 8-week journey to get them familiar and comfortable with rebounding. They will start rebounding for 15 minutes a day, for 5 days per week. They slowly progress, with the workouts gradually becoming longer and more challenging, incorporating minimal equipment.

By the end of the 8 weeks, they should be able to do a full, well-rounded 45-minute rebounding session! Cait also ends every bounti BODY session with a set of powerful affirmations that’s sure to leave your teenager feeling motivated, confident and empowered.

What inspired us?

The inspiration behind this offering is to encourage healthier, uplifting ways to get young people active and moving. We’re passionate about getting young people excited about movement, and helping them feel better from the inside out!

Devastatingly, eating disorders, among other mental illnesses, substance abuse, and suicide rates, are increasing at scarily high rates within the younger generation. With the rise of social media, the lingering effects of the pandemic, and the ever-growing mental health crisis, we need to show our youth more empathy, understanding and support.
