Rebounding has been a love of mine for years. You just get a little extra magic from it than other exercise.

      There aren’t any of those ‘no pain, no gain’ consequences of working out either – no real stiffness or pain. At the end of a session you step off feeling more invigorated than exhausted.

      And I don’t know another exercise with such universal appeal. It’s suitable for all ages, beginners and experts, those who are pre- and postpartum, even those recovering from injury or with chronic illnesses. That’s when I realised this was something worth sharing.
