Year-End Festive Season Notice



Dear beloved bounti, Body Kind and plenti family,

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! As we all gear up for an exciting holiday season, please take note of the following important information…

Studio and Company Closing Dates



We will be closed for the festive season from Friday, 19th December to Monday, 5th January. After Monday, 22nd December, no classes at the Bryanston bounti Studio (corner of Posthouse and Main Road) will take place, both in-person and online, again until Saturday, 3rd January 2026; however, if you’d still like to maintain your fitness this festive season, you can check out:

Dispatch Details and Courier Cut-Offs



With regards to online shopping, via our e-store, you will need to make your purchases by the 15th of December latest, if you’d like to receive your order by Christmas (25th December). However, if your order is being dispatched within Gauteng, we recommend making your purchase by the 13:00PM on the 19th of December latest if you’d like to receive it by Christmas. Please note that couriers are officially closed on the 16th and 25th December 2025, as well as on the 1st January 2026.

Due to the festive season, our couriers are inundated and backlogged. Unfortunately, they are only able to collect a specific amount of parcels each day, which is completely out of our control, and may result in your delivery being delayed. It may take longer for you to receive your parcel, if your order is placed after the 15th of December. If you place your order later than midday (12:00PM) on 15th of December, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order before Christmas.

Placed your order too late? Although your special delivery may be delayed due to distance or logistics, check out our Digital Gift Cards as our thoughtful solution. These adorable cards have a beautiful design template that you can write on, print or download, to let your loved one know that their gift is on the way. They’re totally free of cost, with 2 stunning designs to choose from. Put it in a cute envelope, and pop it under the Christmas Tree or in a gift bag, ready for that special someone to open!

Please note that we are closed from the 19th of December, meaning dispatching will stop then, and resume again in January when we reopen our doors. If your parcel is still in transit, or with the couriers on the 19th of December, please note that it will stay where it is (at the depot), and be delivered to you in the new year, from Monday, 5th January 2026.

If you are based in Johannesburg, you can still purchase your order online and collect it from the Lisa Raleigh Store (corner of Posthouse and Main Road, Bryanston) when it’s ready. To do this, please select the “pick-up in-store” option at checkout. This secures your product immediately, and ensures that you’ll receive an email within 2 days confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please only arrive at the Lisa Raleigh Store after receiving this confirmation email, and when we are open for business within our trading hours (see more about this below). Please also ensure that your vehicle has suitable space to store and transport your purchase.

Some great news… You will still be able to gain access to, and receive any of our digital products (such as downloadable workouts or programmes), throughout the festive season within 3 days after checkout, as usual. Yay!


DNA Tests, All-Things VitaNeu and Dietitian, Carly’s Availability



Please note that our registered dietitian, Carly Seager, will be on leave from the 9th of December to the 6th of January. Along with delayed communications from her, clients can also expect to receive their DNA kits, feedback and reports from the 6th of January, if they place an order for a consult or DNA kit after the 9th of December.

If you have your DNA kit(s) already, please note that you will need to arrange for a courier to get it to the lab before the 18th of December, which is the date that the lab closes. DNA kits will still be available for purchase at the Lisa Raleigh Store over this time period, however you will only be able to actually complete your DNA test (provide your sample) from the 5th of January 2025 when the lab re-opens. Please note that any DNA samples delivered to the lab in December will only be reported on in January 2026.

Please note that VitaNeu Testing with Carly will be unavailable during her leave dates (see above). While you can still purchase your VitaNeu Test and/or Consult over the festive season, please note that slots can only be booked when Carly is back in-office from 6th January 2026 onwards. As always, please note that these slots are subject to both Carly and Lisa’s availability.

The Lisa Raleigh Retail Store



We’re happy to announce that the Lisa Raleigh Store (corner of Posthouse and Main Road, Bryanston) will remain open throughout the majority of the festive season. We are only closed on Christmas Eve (24th December), Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January). So, if you’d like to pop in for some last-minute Christmas shopping and spoils, feel free to do so… Provided that the product you’d like to purchase is available in-store! Our trading hours will remain as they are:

Tuesday – 07:00AM to 18:00PM
Wednesday – 08:00AM to 18:45PM
Thursday – 07:00AM to 18:00PM
Friday – 07:00AM to 17:00PM
Saturday – 07:00AM to 15:00PM

Conclusion:

It’s been an incredibly busy year for us all, and just like everyone else, our team needs a break and some time off to spend with our family and loved ones these holidays. We ask you to please be patient and bear with us, until we re-open our doors in January.
