bounti Flow Workouts
After naturally weaving its way into bounti programmes, class timetables, and our ever-growing FOMO library, bounti Flow has become a firm favourite within our community! While the occasional instructor may lead a Flow class, these workouts are predominantly guided by bounti founder, Lisa Raleigh, whose signature teaching style brings clarity, challenge, and a whole lot of fun to every session!
So, what exactly is bounti Flow? In simple terms, it’s a predominantly cardio-focused rebounding workout built around learning and mastering a sequence. The routine is first taught on the right side of the body, then repeated on the left, before both sides are seamlessly stitched together in a final, continuous flow with no breaks. Set to upbeat, fast-paced music, Flow isn’t dance-based, but rather a carefully designed sequence of complex rebounding movements and transitions that help the body move smoothly and naturally from one exercise to the next.

Because Flow is dynamic, explosive, and quick, it usually doesn’t rely on accessories. The magic lies in driving down into the rebounder mat with intention and control. For those wanting an added challenge, Weighted Gloves or our Weighted Leg Sleeves may be used, but they’re absolutely optional. Within the subscription, members can enjoy a variety of Flow formats, including:
• Long-form Flow classes led by Lisa
• Flow GRIT workouts, which pair a cardio-heavy Flow routine with some strength-training (strength-based formats do include the use of some bounti Workout Equipment)
• Flow Express classes for shorter sessions!
• Please note that while some workouts added to this section are new, they are not all never-before-seen
