We’re so excited to announce that never-before-seen bounti Barre Workouts are officially available within your Life of bounti Subscription! These sessions are led by none other than our expert bounti instructors, bringing you a fresh, exciting way to move your body. If you love the idea of combining ballet-inspired strength and sculpting with the bounce and burn of rebounding, you’re going to love these! All bounti Barre Workouts are done on your rebounder, using the bounti x JumpSport Quick-Release Handle for added stability and support. This handle allows you to perform a variety of dynamic barre moves –safely and confidently– while engaging your core, improving balance, and toning from head to toe. To get the most out of these workouts, you’ll need:

• Our signature bounti Workout Accessories
• A Quick-Release Handle attached to your JumpSport or bounti Bungee Rebounder (do NOT attempt these workouts using any other bounti Support Bar OR T-Bar)

With this subscription service, you’ll gain unlimited access to a variety of short rebounding sessions we call “Exercise Snacks.” Coined by bounti, “Exercise Snacking” is our solution to combating sedentary living by helping you sneak in small, manageable bursts of movement throughout your day. These quick, convenient, and “bite-sized” rebounding workouts are perfect for anyone who can’t commit to a full workout session, or if you’re simply looking to remain more active throughout your day!

Inside the library, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of Exercise Snacks, neatly sorted into the following time-based categories:

• 0-5 minutes
• 6-10 minutes
• 11-15 minutes

Each category features a range of sessions led by our incredible bounti trainers. Some include bounti Workout Accessories, while others are completely equipment-free —allowing you to choose whatever suits your time, energy, and goals. These are bounti founder, Lisa Raleigh’s actual in-studio Play Classes, now professionally edited and available for you to enjoy from the comfort of home. These workouts aren’t your average bounce session — they’re full-length (usually 75 minutes), creatively charged, and packed with fun, challenge, and variety.

So, what exactly is bounti Play? Think of it as the experimental playground of the bounti world — a space where Lisa lets her passion for movement run wild! These targeted workouts range from quick, effective 5-minute burners to full-on 30-minute sessions; perfect for squeezing in some strength and cardio, no matter how busy your day is. Whether you’re strapping on your bounti BOOTs for a quick run, or using them to level up your training, Tertia will guide you every step of the way.

At 1.8kgs per BOOT, this weighted wearable resistance is designed to challenge your lower body, fire up your glutes, and amplify every step, squat, lunge, and bounce. Each BOOT also absorbs up to 70% of impact, making your training incredibly low-impact and joint-friendly! Our bounti Programmes

The programmes included within the Life of bounti take you on a long-term fitness journey, with some of them including a collection of standalone workouts, and others taking you on a progressive journey that builds up your fitness and strength by the end of its course.

We also have various world-first programmes that blend rebounding with other fitness niches; such as yoga in our boga Programme, Pilates in our POUNCE Programme, a mixture of Pilates and Barre principles within our bounti SCULPT Programmes, and High-Intensity Interval Training within our HIIT Programme.

We also have options for every age and stage, with our bounti GLO Programme appealing more to older ladies between the ages of 50 and 60, our bounti Kids’ Journeys targeting younger children, and our bounti BODY Programme, which takes teens on a progressive rebounding journey. This subscription has something for the entire family!

New to rebounding and not sure where to start? Don’t worry, we have programmes for every fitness level, too! Our Foundation Progamme guides you from the absolute grassroots of rebounding upwards, taking you from 2 to 20 minutes of bouncing over a 4-week period. From there, our Beginner’s Programme 2.0 progresses you from 10 to 60 minutes of rebounding over 8 weeks! It doesn’t stop there – we have an Intermediate Programme and a more advanced LEVEL UP Programme, too!

If you’re an individual who’s more goal-oriented and prefers a fully guided approach to your training regime, our programmes are perfect for you. Or if you’re interested in other fitness niches, our world-first programme options give you the perfect opportunity to combine your love for that style of movement with the unique, low-impact benefits of the rebounding modality!

Although you’ll have access to all of our bounti Programmes with this subscription, the progressive programmes still have drip content. This means that you can ONLY access the workouts as you progress. In other words, you can only access week 2’s workouts during your 2nd week of doing the programme.

The best part about this subscription? You can do as many programmes as you’d like simultaneously. We’ll save your progress, so you can start again right where you left off! We also continuously add brand-new programmes to this subscription totally free of any extra cost to you.

Terms & conditions of this subscription
  1. This is an already-discounted offering, meaning that no additional discounts (including Discovery Vitality and Momentum Multiply) can be applied to this service.
  2. Subscription services are only available when you utilise the LayUp option at checkout.
  3. Multiple subscription services cannot be purchased at once. If you wish to purchase multiple subscription services, please check out each subscription separately, using the LayUp option each time.
  4. This is a non-inventory item, meaning that no shipping fee applies.
  5. Your payment will be received as a debit order, on the same day every month (the date of purchase). You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at community@lisaraleigh.co.za. This debit order is automated to repeat monthly until you request cancellation. If you do wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us with 1 month's notice.
  6. When your LayUp payment is processed for your first month, you will be given access to the platform.
  7. Do not add any other product or service to your cart when you select this subscription.
  8. All FOMO Workouts, Exercise Snacks and Programmes are NOT downloadable – your library will be streamed to you.
  9. Your subscription fee is fixed for each month - i.e. we will not up the price during this period!
