Class details:

  • 30 - 60 minute rebounding training sessions
  • Classes all via ZOOM
  • If you do not have an account we will create one for you and load them on OCTIV
  • Once your account is active you will be able to see and book your times/days via the OCTIV app or website
  • More than 20 FREE classes per week. Get motivated with great music, exciting workouts and excellent results. Finally – fitness meets fun!
  • Workouts for beginners through to advanced and even those that are time constrained!
  • Experience rebounding unlike anywhere else!
  • Sports Science curated routines; warms ups, strength, cardio, sculpting, stretch, mobility, including accessories, and cool downs.

1) Download the Octiv App onto your phone 
2) Use the same email address to log in 
3) Create your own password 
4) If you are not sure how to create the password, press “forgot” password and then create a new one. 
5) You can then log in and book your free online classes as you wish.



Please Note: The quality of your live bounti class stream is dependent on your internet speed, internet service provider and/or specifications of your end device (laptop/computer/tv/phone/tablet).

Minimum internet bandwidth speed for optimal quality (video & sound): 10mbps

It may work on lower bandwidth speeds, but is all dependent on contention on your connection and/or the service level from your ISP.

Minimum laptop/computer specs: Core i5 Processor (or higher) and SSD Hard Drive
Memory on your device may also be a concern, but depends on how many applications you have open at the same time.

Zoom version: please always check that you’re on the latest version of the Zoom application.

Streaming from mobile phones, tablets or TVs are all dependent on the age of the device, operating system updates, etc.

Presently, we have over 10 000 of you happily live streaming our classes. Fewer than 2% of you have had challenges at times with the stream. Unfortunately, we cannot help each of you to troubleshoot what may be wrong on your end. Each home and location is unique, and there too many WiFi variations, implementations and configurations for us to manage on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your ISP or service provider if you have trouble with the live stream quality.

Eskom load-shedding may also have an impact on us at times - if so, we will ensure that we send through a free pre-recorded class to make up for it.

Lastly, if you have booked a spot to attend a live free class, and, up until 15 mins before start time, you have not received the Zoom link, please contact us at 060 503 8019.

Brilliant!

While visiting my daughter in Germany over Christmas, I watched her easily sign up for the online classes & start bouncing. So on my return to Hartbeespoort I did the same. I’m so glad I did. I’m still finding my rhythm & building on my fitness, but loving every class so far. Thank you Lisa, for making your brilliant modality so easily available to us.

Rebounding Journey Review: A Transformational Experience

I embarked on a rebounding journey in January 2023 and I can confidently say it has been nothing short of life-changing. Initially drawn to rebounding as a low-impact exercise alternative, I found myself immersed in Lisa Raleigh's program, which became my guiding light throughout this transformative journey.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this journey has been the significant improvement in my mental wellbeing. Rebounding became a sanctuary for mental clarity and emotional release. The rhythmic bouncing motion allows me to let go of stress and anxiety accumulated throughout the day.

Moreover, the physical benefits of rebounding have been undeniable. Despite being 47 years old, I have never felt stronger. Coming from a background of long-distance running and triathlons, I was no stranger to injuries that often hindered my progress. However, rebounding offered a gentle yet effective way to build strength and endurance without subjecting my body to excessive strain.

I have witnessed a remarkable transformation in my physique and overall health. Not only have I shed unwanted weight and toned my muscles, but I have also experienced a newfound sense of vitality and energy that permeates every aspect of my life.
