Durban is in for a treat as our incredible bounti founder, Lisa Raleigh, and her fellow bounti instructors, Jono and Tertia, make their way to KZN for some exciting events! Together, they’re bringing the best of bounti to Durbs, blending their expertise, energy, and passion to spread the joy and effectiveness of rebounding far and wide.

This Weekend Pass gives you access to 2 days of rebounding, learning, and laughter led by the dynamic trio: Lisa RaleighTertia, and Jono!

For each event, all necessary workout accessories, as well as bounti Bungee Rebounders and bounti BOOTS will be provided for you. However, if you have your own pair of bounti BOOTS or Fit Boots, feel free to bring them along with you!

It’s the most cost-effective way to experience everything the bounti team has planned; from strength and stretch to bounce and BOOTS!

Across these 2 days, you’ll train with Lisa RaleighTertia, and Jono; 3 powerhouse instructors who each bring their own unique energy and expertise to every class. Expect a perfect blend of challenge, fun, and mindful movement that will leave you feeling stronger, longer, and lighter! Here’s what your weekend looks like:

Saturday, 7th February 2026:

  • Intermediate bounti Rebounding Fusion Class with Lisa, Tertia and Jono (08:00AM to 09:00AM): This one-of-a-kind session features 3 powerhouse instructors sharing 1 rebounding stage. Each takes 20 minutes to guide you through their unique style; from Lisa’s functional fitness approach to Jono’s strength-driven form and Tertia’s rhythmic precision. It’s a full-body, full-energy rebounding experience that challenges, uplifts, and reconnects you to the sheer joy of movement.
  • “Introduction to Rebounding Workshop” with Lisa and Jono (10:00AM to 12:00PM): Perfect for newcomers, this in-depth workshop unpacks everything you need to know about rebounding. Lisa and Jono will cover the fundamentals of technique, form, and safety; explain the benefits of rebounding from a physiological perspective; and walk you through core bounce moves and class formats. It’s an empowering crash course that leaves you feeling educated, motivated, and ready to jumpstart your rebounding journey!
  • “Strength Fundamentals” Technique Workshop with Jono (14:00PM to 16:00PM): The day ends with a deep-dive into strength technique, where Jono (an expert personal trainer) teaches you how to train smarter, not harder. He’ll unpack how muscle groups interact, and how to connect your mind to your movement. This workshop will help you correct your form, adapt exercises for your body, and feel stronger and more stable in every class you take.

Sunday, 8th February 2026:

  • Intermediate bounti Rebounding Fusion Class with Lisa, Tertia and Jono (08:00AM to 09:00AM): The weekend finale wouldn’t be complete without another explosive trio class! Expect an hour of coordinated rebounding choreography that pushes your strength, balance and rhythm, all while having an absolute blast.
  • bounti BOOTS Technique Workshop and Class with Lisa and Tertia (10:00AM to 11:30AM): This session is designed to help you master movement in your bounti BOOTS or Fit Boots. Lisa and Tertia will walk you through how to wear and move in them safely, covering ankle alignment, balance, and correct muscle activation. Once you’ve nailed the technique, you’ll dive into a guided workout that blends fun, cardio, and low-impact toning!
  • Stretch and Foam Rolling Workshop with Tertia (13:00PM to 15:00PM): Finally, it’s time to unwind. Tertia’s recovery-based workshop combines deep stretching, mindful movement and foam rolling to restore flexibility, improve mobility, and relieve tension. You’ll learn practical techniques to prevent injury and support recovery… All while reconnecting to your body in the most grounding way possible. Expect to leave looser, lighter, and more aligned than ever!

Event Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, due to high demand and limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all event bookings:

 

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

This is because your reserved spot could have been offered to someone else. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
