Cape Town is in for a treat as our incredible bounti founder, Lisa Raleigh, and her fellow bounti instructors, Jono and Tertia, make their way to the Mother City for some exciting events! Together, they’re bringing the best of bounti to Cape Town, blending their expertise, energy, and passion to spread the joy and effectiveness of rebounding far and wide.

Our power trio of bounti instructors, Lisa, Tertia and Jono, are teaming up for a truly one-of-a-kind Intermediate Rebounding Fusion Class! This is an hour of movement magic that perfectly encapsulates the effectiveness, creativity and joy that bounti is known for.

Each instructor will take the spotlight for 20 minutes, layering their unique teaching styles to create one seamless, full-body rebounding experience that leaves no muscle untouched! Expect to sweat, laugh, and rediscover just how dynamic rebounding truly can be. Over 60 minutes, you’ll experience a workout that blends music, rhythm, strength and performance into one exhilarating flow!

This trio of incredible trainers will bring their signature bounti energy, guiding you through sequences that build strength, stability and endurance. Their approach balances intensity with grace, using resistance and rhythm to challenge both body and mind. 

This session brings together the best of bounti’s diversity; the science, the fun, and the community spirit. You’ll feel the burn, but you’ll also feel empowered and aligned!

Event Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, due to high demand and limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all event bookings:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

This is because your reserved spot could have been offered to someone else. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
