Have you heard about my latest passion product, Super Scoop? If not, you can read all about it in one of my recent posts here, but in a nutshell, Super Scoop is a 100% plant-based superfood drink for the whole family, made with over 50 plant-based, organic fruit and veg extracts.

The story behind Super Scoop

I developed Super Scoop out of a need for my own family – to keep us all healthy and strong throughout the year because let’s face it, there’s no way we can eat 50 fruits and veggies in one day. But we should be eating plenty of plant-based foods, rich in antioxidants to keep up with the pace of daily life and all its stresses. And while I’m a vegetarian who enjoys a wide variety of fruits and veggies in my diet, my daughter Bella is only 2.5 and she certainly doesn’t!

This was another major reason why I wanted to develop Super Scoop – to make mom’s lives easier! Just one serving of Super Scoop is packed with everything little one’s need to grow and thrive. Plus, it tastes delicious and is available in Very Berry and Vanilla flavours for both kids and adults. This means your kids won’t even know that they’re eating a variety of superfoods including kale, alfalfa and mushrooms. This has been the biggest bonus for me, since using the product in our home!

Some key benefits of Super Scoop include:

• It’s a potent antioxidant with 50 organic whole food greens, fruit + vegetable extracts
• It’s high in fibre + probiotics
• It improves gut health
• It contains NO hidden sugars, colourants or preservatives
• It’s vegan-friendly
• It’s delicious and versatile for kids
• It boosts immunity
• It contains only 30 calories per serving!

4 easy ways to enjoy Super Scoop

In yoghurt

It blends really well into any type of yoghurt, even the super-thick Greek yoghurt varieties. It’s best enjoyed in plain yoghurt as both the berry and vanilla flavours are quite distinctive. I enjoy mine in plain yoghurt with fruit salad and nuts sprinkled on top. Or I make overnight oats using Super Scoop, for a quick, easy breakfast on the run.

In smoothies

Whether you’re a vanilla, chocolate or fruity fan – Super Scoop is ideal in almost any type of smoothie because it blends well and enhances the flavour and thickness of the smoothie. It also contains additional fibre and probiotics – which is not only great for gut health, it’ll also keep you fuller for longer too.

In oats or porridge

A scoop of Vanilla Super Scoop is delicious in any kind of porridge. I prefer adding it to smoother porridges like Kasha and I always sprinkle some honey and cinnamon on top with a few raisins. Bella loves this too

Plain with water or milk of your choice

If you’re looking for a quick, easy way to get your daily dose of Super Scoop- simply stir it into plain water or milk of your choice. I use a portable shaker bottle to mix mine up and it’s delicious! For maximum results, it’s best to have your Super Scoop first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
