The bounti Foundation Programme 2.0 is the ultimate starting point for anyone new to rebounding, or anyone wanting to return to movement gently, safely and with intention. Designed as a progressive 4-week journey, this programme meets participants exactly where they are, guiding them from the absolute basics of rebounding into a place of confidence, strength and ease. This programme is ideal for those who want to start slowly and sustainably, including individuals who:

  • Have never rebounded before
  • Are returning to exercise after injury, illness or pregnancy
  • Are older, very unfit, or managing autoimmune conditions
  • Prefer a wellness-focused approach to movement
  • Want structured guidance without overwhelm

Workouts run 7 days a week for 4 weeks, progressing from 2 to 20 minutes, with intensity, duration and equipment added gradually as confidence grows. The emphasis is on coordination, balance, posture and correct form, making the experience supportive, calm and deeply effective. With 12 weeks of authenticated access, the programme can be repeated as often as needed, allowing you to truly embed the fundamentals before progressing!

The bounti Beginner’s Programme 2.0 is an in-depth, progressive 8-week rebounding journey, designed to take participants from beginner to confidently bouncing with strength, stamina and skill. This programme builds on the fundamentals of rebounding while steadily increasing workout duration, intensity and equipment use, ensuring results without overwhelm. It’s ideal for anyone who’s new to rebounding, owns a rebounder but doesn’t know how to use it properly, or wants a structured, step-by-step plan to maximise the benefits of this powerful modality.

Over the course of 8 weeks, workouts gradually progress from 10 minutes to a full 60 minutes, helping participants feel stronger, fitter and more capable than ever before. It includes:

  • 56 guided workouts (7 workouts per week for 8 weeks)
