Because let’s be honest, when the mornings are colder, darker and motivation feels harder to find, that’s often when consistency matters the most! No matter what time of year you participate, there's truly no better way to stay committed to yourself than with 30 days of movement, structure and support.
But this challenge brought something brand-new and seriously exciting…
For the first time ever, Staf’s Consistency Challenge went beyond rebounding, stepping into the beautiful new world of uniti studios; Lisa Raleigh’s brand-new, multi-modality, low-impact fitness space in Parktown North! That means you can expect a fresh variety of workouts designed to strengthen, energise and inspire you, featuring both rebounding and land-based movement styles from an incredible team of instructors.
This is Staf’s 7th challenge, which kicked off on his birthday, the 7th of May… And if you know Staf, you’ll know that 7 has always been his favourite number! Rightfully so, because this version of his challenge truly was extra special! In fact, due to high demand, we've decided to keep his challenge in our Life of bounti Subscription for you to do absolutely any time you wish. So, here are all the details for Staf’s 30-Day Consistency Challenge 7.0:
- Hosted via the Life of bounti Subscription: This challenge will take place inside our incredible Life of bounti Subscription Platform. If you’re already subscribed, you’re ready to go! If not, simply sign up to participate. Your monthly subscription gives you access not only to this challenge, but also to our ever-growing library of workouts, classes and wellness content. The value for money is truly unmatched!
- 30 daily workouts, released day by day: This challenge will run on a drip-content system, meaning each workout unlocks as the days progress. This keeps everyone moving together, staying on track, and committed to the full journey!
- A uniti-focused challenge experience: For the first time ever, this challenge includes workouts that have been recorded at uniti studios, our stunning new low-impact movement space in Parktown North!
- A variety of movement styles: Expect a powerful mix of rebounding workouts, Pilates-inspired movement, and floor-based strength and sculpt classes… All low-impact, of course! It’s a beautifully balanced challenge that supports your whole body.
- Expert instructors guiding you: You’ll train with an exciting line-up of trainers, including familiar bounti favourites and brand-new exclusive uniti faces.
- Thoughtfully structured by Lisa Raleigh herself: Lisa has personally curated the challenge flow to ensure fantastic workout variety, strategic programming and intelligent muscle recovery. She’s even made sure you won’t overtrain the same muscle groups on back-to-back days!
- Train at any time that suits you: Unlike previous live 5AM challenges, this one gives you flexibility! Keep the daily 5AM momentum if you love an early start, or fit your session in whenever it suits you best. As long as you show up daily! The previous challenges held you accountable with a fixed time every morning… But this time, we’re leaving that same accountability and discipline totally up to you.
- Track your progress on-platform: Once you complete each workout, simply mark it as “Complete” inside the Life of bounti platform. Under each class, there’ll also be a little comments section where you can let us know how it went, how you felt, or celebrate your consistency. We’d love to hear from you!
- Challenge PDF included: Within the platform, you’ll receive a progress tracker, as well as an informative downloadable PDF packed with full challenge details, what you’ll need, the workout schedule, helpful guidance and motivation, and more! Print it out or keep it on your devices for easy access.
Our beloved challenge WhatsApp Group is always the heart of the community! Use it to motivate, share wins and progress, ask questions, celebrate milestones… You name it! What Do I Need to Participate, and Who is This Challenge Suitable For?
To participate comfortably, you’ll need a bounti or JumpSport Rebounder, a high-quality exercise mat, and a selection of bounti Equipment and Accessories (these will be listed in-depth in the PDF). - All fitness levels welcome: Whether you’re a beginner re-starting your routine or a seasoned fitness-lover looking for structure, this challenge is for you! Modify where needed, progress at your pace, and focus on consistency over perfection.
