Whether you’ve just started your rebounding journey or have started bouncing for the first time, it’s important to understand the difference between my Support Bar and my T Bar. This will help you to decide what type of support or assistance you’ll need to enjoy your at-home rebounding sessions.

My Support Bar

The Support Bar is exactly as the name suggests – it’s designed to support you when you bounce. Ideal for children, beginners or those recovering from an injury, the Support Bar is designed to help you maintain balance and stability while you bounce.


I also want you to gain confidence every time you do a workout – no matter whether you’re just bouncing or using additional accessories such as dumbbells, resistance bands or ankle weights.

The Support Bar is removable and adjustable, which means it can be removed easily from your rebounder when you’re ready to bounce without it – and you can adjust the height to suit yourself as well as other family members who are new to bouncing.

My T Bar

As a first of its kind in South Africa, I’m so proud of my T Bar and love how it takes rebounding to the next level! As I mentioned a little while back, I spent months researching the best possible way to manufacture my T Bar, to ensure that it was the best high-quality, easy-to-use product on the market, and I can honestly say that it is!

The best thing about my T Bar

What I love about this product is how simple it is to use and assemble. It’s been made with hooks which you can use to attach resistance bands too and have a great workout and it’s pretty sturdy thanks to the steel frame and the fact that you can fill the large plastic base with sand. It can also be attached to any rebounder but works best with my brand.

It comes in a variety of colours to suit your style and other gym equipment. Bonus!
