Two chocolate smoothies I love

Sometimes grabbing a quick chocolate smoothie is the easiest way to stay on top of your nutrition for the day and curb that sweet tooth!

I also love how versatile smoothies are- you can pretty much add any fruit or veggie to them and play around with different flavour combinations. However, I must confess that chocolate smoothies are my go-to because I have a weakness for chocolate milk, but by making my own nutrition-rich chocolate smoothie, I’m still enjoying a decadent treat, but without all the added sugar, colourants and preservatives you’d find in your standard chocolate milk on shelf.

If like me, you love chocolate, here are my two favourite chocolate smoothie recipes for you to try. They’re straight from the My Body Back recipe book, which is packed with healthy smoothie recipes just like this, plus a range of sweet and savoury snacks and main dishes- all super-healthy and clean!
