I was always very flexible, but as I got older, and started with long distance running (yes yes... without always stretching like I should...) I got very 'tight'... Especially my hamstrings! I am not running long distances anymore, and took to rebounding as my new go-to exercise. It really helps with so much other than just getting your heart rate up! It puts a smile on my face and really helps with keeping my anxiety and stress under control.
So now... The stretching!!! I saw this programme and decided to give it a go - make stretching part of my everyday day routine - and was I amazed! Tertia is the softest soul, and really takes you through the steps that makes you feel you can do this (even if you can't get it completely yet...). I am now at month 2, and I must say, I can see the improvements so much! My hamstrings are not tight anymore, my glutes are getting there, and even my upper body (my shoulders are just not working with me as they should due to past injuries) are getting stronger every day!
Thank you Tertia for making it fun and achievable - stretching always seemed like a daunting task, or just something one can skip - but not anymore!
