In the spirit of the month of love, Lisa has been doing live rebounding workouts on the Discovery Vitality Facebook page weekly. If, for whatever reason, you haven’t been able to attend, or you want a little something extra, we have a pleasant surprise for you. This one’s bound to work up a sweat!
We’re offering one of Lisa’s Discovery Vitality Facebook Live recordings as a FOMO class for you to do at a time that suits your schedule! This cardio-focused workout will get your heart pumping and test your endurance and rebounding fitness.
Lisa’s cardio blast is actually a sneak peak of her upcoming “Level-Up” rebounding programme. It starts in choreographed cardio segments, which are assembled into an entire cardio sequence/routine at the end that’s not only satisfying to achieve, but also guarantees a comprehensive aerobic workout.
For this full bounce flow, you’ll need no equipment other than your rebounder – although, we do recommend wearing a heart rate monitor.
This 50-minute session is not for the faint-of-heart, so if you’re not at an intermediate or advanced level of rebounding, please take it at your own pace.
