With her signature warmth and intuitive approach, Rulene will guide you through a series of movements and practices that bring awareness, balance and inner peace. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or even particularly “zen”… This workshop is for absolutely anyone looking to release tension, learn how to breathe more effectively, and quiet the mental noise that often clouds our days! Here’s what Rulene will cover during this transformative session:

  • Stretch: Gentle, guided movements that help improve flexibility, release stiffness and encourage better body alignment. Perfect for easing tightness and restoring mobility.
  • Breath Work: Techniques that teach you how to use your breath intentionally to calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and restore a sense of equilibrium from within.
  • Meditation: Simple yet powerful mindfulness tools that help you find clarity, focus and presence. Learn how to truly switch off, connect inward, and cultivate a peaceful headspace.

Throughout this intimate in-person session, Rulene will be there to assist and guide you… Offering adjustments, answering questions, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for everyone.
