Easter Workout I PDF
This 4-day Easter workout is ideal to do at home and will help you build strength, while burning fat and calories. It covers all the major muscle groups and has been designed to boost your metabolism, so that you have some leeway to indulge a little over the Easter weekend!
Each day has been broken up into the following:
- Friday Lower Body
- Saturday Upper Body and Abs
- Sunday Steady state cardio at home
- Monday Full body compound moves
