Class Style Workout #25
Welcome to Bounce Back Class Style Workout!
This class is over 45-minutes long and will offer you a workout that will work the following muscles:
- Hip Flexors
You’ll need the following equipment to maximise your workout:
- Wrist or Ankle Weights
- Light dumbbells
- Pilates ball (20cm)
- Long resistance band
Get ready to blast fat, build muscle, reduce cellulite, strengthen joints, drain lymph, and HAVE FUN – and you get to do it all at home too.
*Please note these are filmed workouts of Lisa Raleigh's classes in Parkhurst. The music used is pop music & not always clean versions. Please be mindful of this when doing these workouts around younger children. We are working at removing the swearing but this will take some time. Thank you
