This class is 40 minutes long and is a mixture of high energy, great music and where dancing meets bouncing 

You’ll need the following equipment to maximise your workout:

  • Bungee or Spring rebounder (Hannah is working on a bungee but it can be done on a spring rebounder as well)

Get ready to blast fat, build muscle, reduce cellulite, strengthen joints, drain lymph, and HAVE FUN – and you get to do it all at home too.

Good workout

I really enjoyed this workout, it was nice to add something different to my routine! The pace is really good but it would be nice if the slower sections could be shortened a bit. Hannah has a great style and kept it fun!
