This class is 40 minutes long and is a mixture of high energy, great music and where dancing meets bouncing
You’ll need the following equipment to maximise your workout:
- Bungee or Spring rebounder (Hannah is working on a bungee but it can be done on a spring rebounder as well)
Get ready to blast fat, build muscle, reduce cellulite, strengthen joints, drain lymph, and HAVE FUN – and you get to do it all at home too.
This workout was totally different from the first one. The speed was consistent, great routine and music choice. I would say intensity is at intermediate level. Thank you for the good workout Hannah!
