This Non-Slip Mat goes at the bottom of the shoe, and makes direct contact with the gravel or whatever terrain you are running on. It prevents and slipping, sliding or skidding.

The 4 bands are used to keep the mat in place, with 2 used for each boot.

Please note that these are sold individually. Should you need to replace BOTH of your Non-Slip Mats, you will need to purchase 2 of these (add 2 to your cart). These do not include the bands.
