40-Minute POWER UP Rebounding Workout
This 40-minute rebounding workout is aimed at building your power and endurance base so that you can be stronger, fitter and faster. The moves are designed to get your heart rate up and torch tons of calories! Some full body moves include; bicep curls with a small Pilates ball, wide leg high knees, opposite elbow to knees with dumbbells and side kicks with arms, plus a whole lot more! Get ready to sweat in this session. All you’ll need is a set of 1-2 kg dumbbells and an optional Pilates ball.
