At our Stretch and Foam Rolling Workshophosted by lovely bounti instructor, Tertia, you’ll discover just how powerful flexibility, mobility, posture, breath work and recovery can be in helping you move, feel, and perform better. At this specially crafted session, Tertia – professional dancer, personal trainer, and esteemed yogi — will guide you through the art of stretching and foam rolling, helping you unlock a whole new level of movement and muscle health.

This in-person session is your chance to slow things down, breathe, and learn how to take care of your body, as Tertia guides you through a combination of gentle stretching and targeted foam rolling techniques designed to release tension, improve your mobility, and leave you feeling looser, lighter, and stronger. You’ll learn how to stretch effectively while also diving into the fundamentals of foam rolling for muscle release, recovery, and injury prevention. Plus, foam rollers will be provided for you to use during the workshop, so all you need to do is show up and roll it out! Tertia will also offer individual, one-on-one attention to ensure you’re doing everything correctly and safely.
