Spring or bungee rebounders

Haven’t yet invested in a rebounder? Perhaps this is the time to invest in this awesome at-home fitness solution! Rebounding is not only fun, it’s also one of the most effective cardio and strength workouts you can do. And the good news is, I stock the highest quality rebounders in South Africa.

My Spring Studio Pro rebounder is:

My Bungee Studio Pro rebounder is a little bigger and wider than my Spring Studio Pro rebounder. It’s sturdy and silent, yet not foldable, so if you’re looking for something lightweight and portable, my spring rebounder is your best bet.

In terms of the bounce, my bungee rebounder is as firm as the spring rebounder but offers a faster, higher bounce. You can do a little more on a bungee rebounder such as lifting your legs higher, bouncing higher or moving more from side to side etc.

So, your choice of rebounder really depends on what you’re looking to get out of each workout. Both rebounders will help you get fit, tone up, lose weight and detoxify your entire system.

T Bar

Washable ankle weights

I love these budget-friendly ankle weights, and in my opinion, every person with an at-home gym set-up should own a pair of ankle weights.

Not only are they ideal for rebounding (as they help to increase the intensity of the bounce, particularly when you perform kicks and abs exercises), they’re also great for any type of strength/toning routine such as my Me, Myself and I body weight workout. 

My range of ankle weights are great because they’re washable-which means you can remove the inside pouch and disinfect the outer cover. This helps to keep them clean and in tip-top shape for longer.

Door slam kit

If you’re looking to build strength, burn fat and improve your endurance and flexibility, you can’t go wrong with my door slam kit – which is one of my most popular pieces of home gym equipment on my e-store to date.

It’s sleek, lightweight and so versatile – in fact, you can perform over 20 moves with this single piece of equipment! It’s called a door slam kit, because all you do is slam a weighted pouch in any door that can close and lock properly, then attach one or more resistance bands (which come in various strengths) to the weighted pouch using your set of karabiners (clips). The kit also includes a nifty handle, and ankle straps to do a variety of lower body moves such as leg raisers, kicks, and leg extensions.
