The less you eat out and the more you cook at home, the more money you’ll save every month. Freezer cooking just became your new best friend…

Most of us end up spending a fortune every out because cooking at home can become a time-consuming (not to mention, messy) practice if done every day. That’s why we’re always looking for hacks to make your life easier.

While chopping things like onions may seem like a simple task, it can actually become tedious if done every day. And considering that onions go into most meals, having them pre-prepped will actually save you a lot of time.

How to Freeze Onions

  • To ensure you plan ahead, set time aside in your week or on the weekend to prep.
  • Peel, dice and chop up 4-6 onions like you usually would for dinner
  • Place in freezer-friendly containers or bags and use them as need be
  • Note: you don’t have to thaw the onions when taking them out the freezer. Just bang the bag against the table and they will fall apart

Easy peez!
