I love the quote by Paulo Coelho that says, “Don’t give up. Normally it’s the last key on the ring which opens the door.” There is so much truth in this simple message, especially if you really want to change your life.

Life is beautiful, but also hard and we often need to dodge curveballs and overcome setbacks in a few areas of our lives. But I truly believe that a strong mind can help us conquer almost anything. If we focus on building our mental strength daily, we can achieve so much more and reach places that are beyond our wildest imaginations… places where our minds and bodies are strong, healthy and ready to face life’s daily challenges.

The truth is, are you ready to change your life NOW and make the best (not always the easiest) decisions for your health and wellbeing? You might not have asked yourself some tough questions or challenged some habits that have sabotaged your wellness goals in the past – such as having three sugars in your tea or not getting enough rest and sleep. But I’m here to help you become aware of them so that you can move forward with a purpose.

WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE MY READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE…

Before you begin with one of my fitness or healthy eating programmes, such as Elimin8, it’s important that you’re emotionally ready to do so. Because when you’re 100% ready to change, that’s when the magic happens, and I want you to succeed! The first step, however, is to look within and ask yourself why you want to change.

FIND YOUR WHY

When we have a WHY for our goals, then we have a WAY. Out of the hundreds of people who came into my wellness clinic over the years, only the ones who truly wanted to change managed to succeed. The ones whose partners or doctors sent them to me as a desperate measure, ended up falling short. It’s the ones who had reached a point of no return – an epiphany moment of some sort – who were the ones who changed for good.

These people found it easier to stick to their game plan, achieve their personal wellness goals and go on to reap the rewards - for months and even years afterwards. Nothing makes me happier than being given the chance to change lives and to see it happening before my eyes!

THE REAL KEY TO SUCCESS

No, it’s not a fancy weight-loss pill or diet to shrink your waistline, it’s all about knowing and understanding yourself, as well as identifying your own personal strengths and weaknesses so that you can face the truth about where you are at and where you want to be. I understand that we all have very different personal battles that we need to conquer to live our best lives. Sometimes it’s tricky to pinpoint exactly how prepared we are for change, so my team and I have developed a very unique Readiness Questionnaire to help you decide. I’d like to encourage you to take this questionnaire before embarking on your wellness journey. This will give you feedback as and valuable support in taking the next step to a healthier, happier you.

HOW DOES THE READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE WORK?

All you need is around 10 minutes to answer 40 simple questions. You might be thinking, “40 questions… that’s way too much!” but the truth is, you don’t have to write lengthy answers for each question. It’s formatted in an easy-to-follow rating system which actually requires quick answers. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll receive an email with your results as well as the basic rules and a specific “antidote” you’ll need to follow to get you ready to embrace change.

No matter where you are at, I guarantee that you’ll learn so much about yourself as you go through the antidote. Each daily activity is fun and inspiring and will challenge you to be honest with yourself and become more self-aware about your thoughts and actions. You will be asked to complete 8 simple tasks per day for 5, 10 or 15 days in a row depending on your personal level of readiness. This will help you prepare mentally for whatever lies ahead.

I’m right here with you and can’t wait to begin this exciting journey with you! Take the Readiness Questionnaire now.
