Rebounding workouts from 05:00AM until 06:00AM every weekday (and 06:00AM to 07:00AM on weekends), live online with all of you was not only a game-changer for Staf's fitness, but also for his productivity, mindset, and overall lifestyle. After doing it again for the fifth time in the winter of 2025, and seeing how many who joined him experience the same outcomes, he's agreed to doing it again – and with his SIXTH 60-Day Challenge, he’s inviting you to join him at ABSOLUTELY NO COST!

Here are the details for Staf’s 60-Day Consistency Challenge 6.0:

  • Start date: Friday, 26th September 2025
  • End date: Monday, 25th November 2025
  • 7 days a week: 05:00AM every weekday, 06:00AM on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Optional eating plan: For this challenge, we'll be doing an amazing downloadable, healthy eating plan with the option to also have meals pre-prepared for you by Chef Tamsyn, and collected from the Bryanston bounti Studio if you're Joburg-based. Details for this will be communicated via the WhatsApp group. Alternatively, you can choose to do Spoon-Fed with Med, our 4-week Mediterranean plan at 50% off, using discount code “Staf50” at checkout!

  • PDF included: Has adorable affirmations, quotes, and progress tracking. Print and place it on your fridge or somewhere easily accessible to track your progress. Cross out each day as you go! To download it, click HERE
  • Workout variety: Staf will follow a selection of pre-recorded bounti Workouts from all our different bounti HQ instructors
  • One weekly in-studio workout: At least one workout every week will be done at the Bryanston bounti Studio with Staf and Lisa! The details for each weekly workout will be communicated via the WhatsApp group. If you're Joburg-based, we encourage you to pop by and attend in-person. If not, don't worry!   • Progress over perfection: Because we always expect a lot of beginners to join the challenge, we encourage you to take the workouts at your own pace, only use equipment that challenges you at a comfortable level, and gradually up the intensity as we go!

  • Camera optional: You can turn your camera on if you’d like, so we can all see each other!
  • In-Body Scale Test: We recommend you do this before we begin, again at the halfway, 30-day mark, and then for a last time at the end so you can track and compare your results. You can book an In-Body Scale Test (Monday to Friday) with Carly. Alternatively, you can search for your nearest In-Body Scale testing location HERE
  • Accountability partner: We recommend that you invite your partner and/or join with a friend or family member to keep each other motivated!
  • Give something up and do something for someone else: In addition to the daily workouts, we also encourage you to give up a vice or bad habit for the 60-day duration; whether it's alcohol, sugar or even swearing! Additionally, we'd like to spread some positivity by encouraging you to perform a daily act of kindness. It doesn't necessarily have to be monetary, and you can get as creative with it as you'd like; whether it's washing your neighbour's car or buying your co-worker lunch

What exactly is Staf’s Consistency Challenge 6.0?

What equipment do I need?

The challenge is built around rebounding, so you’ll need a bounti or JumpSport Rebounder plus some extra accessories like dumbbells, resistance bands, a mini ball, ankle weights and more. The complete list of equipment is included in the description above.

What if I’m a beginner?

Don’t stress! We encourage participants of all ages, stages and fitness levels. Although the workouts will be at an intermediate to advanced level of intensity, this challenge is all about progress over perfection. Staf and the instructors encourage you to:

• Go at your own pace.
• Skip equipment until you’re comfortable.
• Modify moves as needed.
• Gradually build intensity over the 60 days.

Remember, consistency matters more than performance!

Will the workouts all be the same?

Not at all! You’ll experience a variety of rebounding workouts, chosen by Staf, with sessions featuring different instructors and pre-recorded content from bounti HQ. Expect diversity in style, focus, and intensity, while keeping the discipline of showing up daily!

How do I track my progress?

You can download our motivational PDF tracker HERE! It has inspiring quotes, affirmations, and space to cross off each day. For deeper tracking and insights, we recommend doing an In-Body Scale Test before, midway, and at the end of the challenge.

Will recordings be available?
