Note: For this workshop, we recommend wearing minimal jewellery and relatively tight-fitting activewear. You will also need a pair of non-slip socks; if you have your own pair, please bring them along. If not, we’ll also have a few pairs available for sale. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before this workshop is set to begin to ensure you’ve signed an indemnity form, and have adequate time to secure your spot and get set up.

Bungee fitness combines bodyweight training, resistance, suspension, and playful movement using a securely fitted harness and bungee cord system, creating a workout that feels light, supported, and surprisingly empowering! It’s designed to reduce impact on joints while still delivering a full-body strength and cardio session, making it both exhilarating and accessible. Guided personally by bounti founder Lisa Raleigh, participants are supported every step (and bounce) of the way, with expert instruction, reassurance, and plenty of encouragement in a fun, judgment-free environment!

During this introductory session, attendees will learn all the foundational elements needed to feel safe, confident, and capable while flying:

  • Harness fitting and set-up: Learn how to correctly get into and adjust your harness for comfort, safety, and optimal movement
  • Safety fundamentals: Understand essential safety principles, equipment awareness, and best practices for secure training
  • Basic technique and posture: Master proper alignment, core engagement, and movement control to maximise results and prevent strain
  • Movement foundations: Practise beginner-level bungee exercises and transitions to build coordination and confidence

Event Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, due to high demand and limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all event bookings:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

This is because your reserved spot could have been offered to someone else. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
