Thank you for choosing to shop at the Strength In Motion Studio! We kindly request that you carefully read and understand the following disclaimer regarding product warranties, returns, exchanges and support matters for purchases at the studio:

1. General Support

Any support-related enquiries, including but not limited to, product assistance, purchases, or warranty claims, should be directed towards the Lisa Raleigh Support Team. 2. Collections & Stock Availability

Purchases made on the Lisa Raleigh website are solely intended for orders that require delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect purchases made on the Lisa Raleigh website at the Strength In Motion Studio. We kindly request that you make your purchase for your desired items directly at the Strength In Motion Studio. Please note that stock availability is limited, and there is a curated selection of items available for purchase, specifically focused on Body Kind athleisure and accessories. To ensure a hassle-free and satisfactory experience, we kindly encourage you to contact the support team directly to enquire about the stock availability of specific products before visiting the studio. By reaching out to our customer support team, you will receive accurate and up-to-date information regarding stock availability, enabling you to make an informed decision and avoid any potential disappointment. We strive to provide the best possible service and appreciate your cooperation. 

3. Product Warranties

All products purchased at the Strength In Motion Studio are subject to the warranties provided by the Lisa Raleigh Store. The Lisa Raleigh Store takes great pride in offering high-quality products; however, specific warranty terms and conditions are applicable to our Body Kind athleisure and accessories. 

Please note that all products subject to our warranties and policy will be inspected, either in-person or via email, by our support team and suppliers. If your product has any evidence of intentional negligence or mishandling, we reserve the right to deny your warranty claim. If we deem your warranty claim invalid, any repairs, replacements or returns will be at your own cost. With this being said, we will always do everything possible to support and assist our customers!

Returns and exchanges are allowed for items purchased at the Strength In Motion Studio for up to 14 days following the date of purchase. The Body Kind Bra Range is exempt from the above – i.e. returns or exchanges are only permitted within 2 days following the original purchase date of the Body Kind Bra(s). Returns must be accompanied by a valid and verified receipt in order to receive a refund. All items returned must be in re-sellable condition – i.e. they have not been worn, washed, no alterations have been made, they have the original tags attached and original packaging is also returned.

Bags and other accessories are not valid for returns if damage has occurred through abnormal use that has resulted in torn/broken material or attachments – e.g. ripped bag straps, cuts, lesions, etc. Please note that our Returns Policy does not cover ordinary wear-and-tear or damage.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for products purchased at the Strength In Motion Studio must be handled exclusively through the Lisa Raleigh Support Team. The Lisa Raleigh Store has a dedicated customer support team that will assist you with any exchange, return or refund requests. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the form here. Please note that, when logging a return or an exchange, you can expect to receive a response within 3-5 business days.

Furthermore, we would like to clarify that while Returns and Exchanges at the Strength In Motion Studio may be possible, it is essential to arrange such matters with our dedicated support team in advance. The decision to accept a return or exchange at the studio is subject to the discretion of our support team. We strive to accommodate our customers' needs to the best of our ability; however, certain factors, such as product condition, packaging, and adherence to our return policy, may be taken into consideration. To ensure a smooth process, and avoid any inconvenience, we strongly advise contacting our support team to discuss your return or exchange request and receive subsequent guidance on the appropriate steps to follow. Our team will assess each case individually and provide you with the necessary assistance for a satisfactory resolution.

Please note that we are unable to process returns for online purchases at the Strength In Motion Studio. Please contact our support team regarding all online purchases. 

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days following the notice of refund. Regrettably, we do not offer cash refunds. 

5. Spares and Repairs

Defective Products
If you discover any defects in products you have purchased from the Strength In Motion Studio, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. For the Body Kind Bra, please contact us within 2 days of purchase. When reporting the defect, kindly provide your purchase receipt and the original product packaging.
Upon receiving the complaint, we will investigate the issue, and - if it is a manufacturing defect - we will offer repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Normal Wear & Tear
All our products are subject to normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues due to regular use, please contact us. We will evaluate the issue and suggest possible solutions, including repair, replacement, or referral to a third-party repair service.

Repair Services
If your product has a defect or breaks within the relevant warranty period, you can report it back to us within the specified time frame, and we will offer repair or replacement at no cost to you. If you wish to repair a product that has no defects or is outside its warranty period, contact us for a quote of the repair cost. We will evaluate the issue, supply the repair cost, and provide the appropriate steps to follow. Please note that the cost may vary depending on the product and request.

Our repairs policy does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, misuse, or modifications made by a customer or a third party. The policy also does not cover damages caused by unfortunate circumstances, such as fire or theft.

6. Liability

The Strength In Motion Studio, as a part of the Lisa Raleigh Store, shall not be held liable for any warranty claims, returns, exchanges, or support matters related to the products sold. The Lisa Raleigh Store assumes responsibility for managing all such aspects in accordance with our policies and procedures.
