Returns Policy

We are unable to process returns for online purchases at our Nicolway store. Please contact our support team at support@lisaraleigh.co.za for all online purchases. Our store can help you locate the original purchase to process a refund. If we are unable to locate your original purchase, you may still return for exchange or a store credit only, provided all aspects of the returned item align to the relevant policy details, as outlined below.

Please note that ALL products subject to warranty will be inspected, either in person or via email, by our store staff, support team and suppliers. If your product has any evidence of intentional negligence or mishandling, we reserve the right to deny your warranty claim. If we deem your warranty claim invalid, any repairs, replacements or returns will be at your own cost. With this being said, we will always do everything possible to support and assist our customers.

Please note that all our Rebounders, T-Bars, Support Bars and other bounti equipment is never to be left outside or exposed to the elements (i.e. rain, water and extensive exposure to wind, sun or excessive moisture). Your warranty claim will be determined by you providing us with pictures and/or videos, so that we are able to establish the condition of your item. If we establish atmospheric exposure (such as rust, water damage, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse your warranty claim.

All products will also be assessed before allowing a refund, or exchange as the item must be in re-sale condition and must align to the relevant policy details, as outlined below. Refunds will not be issued for products damaged or amended by the consumer. Any items listed or as part of our clearance sales, are excluded from our returns policy and are final sale items. We do not accept returns for these particular items. We accept exchanges (to swop the size or colour), however please note the items in these sales are limited, so we are only able to issue exchanges while stocks last. Please note, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges for items listed as part of our sample sale(s).

Please note, you can only make one exchange per item. If you are still not satisfied, please contact support for further assistance. Alternatively, you can return the item for a refund and re-purchase, given that you provide your original receipt, the item is in its original packaging, and in its original condition (as determined by us).

Refunds will be initiated only after our team has verified that the original packaging and contents are in suitable condition for resale. Note that the determination of the condition of a product, its packaging and any other augments/accessories are at the sole and exclusive discretion of The Lisa Raleigh Store and company.

Refunds will be processed via EFT. We do not do cash refunds. EFT refunds will take 3-7 business days.

Bounti Programmes and Workouts: When purchasing a programme in-store, please note that access to your purchased programme(s) will be granted within 2-3 business days. If you have been offered any of our 1-month subscription services, please note that your access will be granted within 2-3 business days, and that your subscription will be valid for 30 days following activation.

Changes to Policies

The Lisa Raleigh Store reserves the right to modify or update any aspect of the warranty, returns, exchanges, or support policies at our discretion. It is your responsibility to remain informed regarding any changes by regularly reviewing our official website or contacting our support team.

Product Warranties & Care Instructions

Body Kind Athleisure & Accessories

Returns and exchanges are allowed for items purchased in the store for up to 14 days following the date of purchase. The Body Kind Bra Range is exempt from the above – i.e. returns or exchanges are only allowed within 2 days following the original purchase date of the Body Kind Bra(s). Returns must be accompanied by a valid and verified receipt in order to receive a refund. If there is no receipt, and the goods are vetted and approved (see below), we may only offer an exchange, or store credit that equates to the amount originally spent less.


NOTE: All items returned must be in re-sellable condition – i.e. they have not been worn, washed, no alterations have been made, they have the original tags attached and original packaging is also returned.

NOTE: Bags and other accessories are not valid for returns if damage has occurred through abnormal use, that has resulted in torn/broken material or attachments – e.g. ripped bag straps, cuts, lesions, etc. Please note our returns policy does not cover ordinary wear-and-tear or damage.

bounti Equipment

Any bounti equipment purchased in-store must be returned within 7 days following the original purchase date, in their original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt for refund or exchange. If you cannot produce an original purchase receipt, the goods will need to be inspected and, if approved, we may only offer an exchange or a store credit if purchased in-store.

NOTE: All items returned must be in re-sellable condition, with original packaging, and no damages or alterations whatsoever. We do not issue refunds for ordinary wear-and-tear or damage.

bounti Non-Slip Rebounder Floor Mat

General Care:

  • Clean the mat with a damp cloth using a mild detergent. Wipe away any soap residue with a clean, damp cloth, thoroughly. Ensure that you avoid using any oil-based substance that may result in slippage.
  • Dry the mat in the air, avoiding direct sunlight which may damage the material over time. DO NOT place the rebounder on the mat until you are 100% sure that the surface has dried.
  • Do not hose down your mat or use water and/or detergent excessively when cleaning it. Use an ultrafine fiber cloth to wipe the mat. Avoid washing with water directly or exposing it to sunlight. Use a dry wiping method; Wash and wring a towel until dry. Lay it flat on your hand and wipe the mat back and forth two to three times until any watermark is wiped clean.
  • Store the mat flat or rolled up in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
  • Although the mat can be used outside, please ensure you do not expose it to more than 90 mins of direct sunshine.

Maintenance:

  • Regularly check for signs of wear and tear, especially where the rebounder feet make contact.
  • If the mat gets wet, allow it to dry fully before using it again to prevent slipping.
  • ⁠If you use any other fitness/equipment accessory(ies) with your rebounder ensure that contact with the mat doesn’t result in damage or undue wear.

Disclaimer and Warnings

  • This mat is designed to be EXCLUSIVELY used with a rebounder. Do not use for any other purpose or other high-impact sports or activities that could degrade the mat prematurely.
  • The user assumes all risk associated with the use of this mat. The company is not responsible for any injury or damage caused during the use of the mat.
  • ⁠The mat is made of quality materials and therefore has weight to it; Avoid toddlers crawling underneath it or children lifting it in any manner.

Safety:

  • Ensure the mat is on a dry, stable, level, smooth and solid surface before use. Make 100% sure there are not any objects under the mat or that the surface you place it upon has any potential risk of breaking through the mat or results in movement or collapse of the mat.
  • Check that the rebounder is correctly (centered) positioned and stable on the mat before each use. ALL rebounder legs should be on the surface and equally spaced from the edge of the mat.
  • ⁠If the mat is creased, folding or caving in, in any manner, do not use it.
  • Make sure the rebounder you place on the mat has a rubber or plastic foot on the metal leg of each leg.
  • Do not wear shoes with sharp edges or heels that could damage the mat. Do not place any other objects with a similar constitution on the mat surface.

Warranty

Coverage:

  • The bounti Non Slip Rebounder Mat comes with a 1-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

Limitations:

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
  • Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the warranty.

Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, present your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect and augment that with pictures and videos. The company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product or offer a refund.

Keep this information in a safe place, and make sure to follow the care instructions to extend the life of your bounti Non Slip Rebounder Mat.

By using the bounti Non Slip Rebounder Mat, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any potential risks associated with its use. The Lisa Raleigh Group is not liable for any injuries, harm, or accidents that may occur during the use of the mat. Additionally, The Lisa Raleigh Group is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or care of the mat.

Weighted Gloves

The neoprene material, stitching, Velcro, and all other elements of this product are covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, please complete the form provided on our website HERE to initiate a warranty claim. We will provide a refund or exchange, should your gloves have a defect upon arrival, at your sales delivery address. If your item arrives with defects, we will cover the collection and/or replacement of this item, at no extra cost to you.

Exchange Policy:
If you have purchased the incorrect size of glove and would like to exchange it for another size, we will be happy to assist you. However, for hygienic reasons, we will not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, if there is evidence that the gloves have been used or worn, or if they are not in their original condition. It is your responsibility to select the proper size gloves, relative to your particular hand size. We have provided detailed instructions and illustrations to help you do so. Any shipping, delivery, or return costs associated with exchanging or returning the item will be at your own expense.

Inspection Policy:

If your product shows evidence of intentional mishandling, ordinary wear-and-tear, damage caused by negligence or improper use, inadequate care, or unauthorized alterations, we reserve the right to deny your warranty claim or refund or exchange request. Therefore, any repairs, replacements, or returns will be at your own expense. For any accepted return, the item must be perfectly re-sellable and returned in its original packaging, with a receipt, with no evidence of it having been used or worn, and with no marks/stains/imperfections.

Coffee Tumblers

Thank you for choosing our coffee tumblers! We take pride in crafting each tumbler by hand and want your tumbler to last as long as possible. For your reference, this product is covered by a 1-month warranty. However, it is crucial that you treat your tumbler with the utmost care to ensure its longevity.

Please note that this product is extremely delicate and requires strict adherence to the following washing and handling instructions. We will not accept this product as a return, unless structural damage is proven upon purchase.

To clean the inside of the tumbler, use a soft sponge and your regular dishwashing liquid. Avoid washing it in hot water, as this can damage the tumbler coating. We advise being gentle and avoiding scrubbing or rubbing the exterior of the tumbler. Simply rinse it gently with cold water and pat dry with a soft cloth. Do not place this product in a dishwasher, as it may cause damage. Avoid exposing the exterior of the tumbler to any oil-based substances as it may result in damage to the matte coat.

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in the matte coating getting damaged, and the metal becoming scraped or dented very quickly.

If you have purchased a coffee tumbler and would like to exchange it for another one, we will happily assist you. However, please note that, for hygienic reasons, we will not provide refunds or exchanges if the tumbler has been used or is not in its original condition. Additionally, any shipping, delivery, or return costs associated with exchanging or returning the item will be at your own expense.

Our customisation process allows you to personalise your ring by selecting from an array of stone options, each with their own meaning, purpose and functionality. It's important to review and assess your choice of stone(s) carefully prior to purchasing it/them, as once you have made your purchase, exchanges and returns will not be permitted if you have had a change of heart or reconsidered your decision/choice.

Warranty Coverage:
We offer a limited warranty against defects for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. Should your ring break, chip, deform or become discoloured, you can return the ring to us within these 7 days and we can offer a return, refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for rings that are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase/receipt. Please note, exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, alternative options will be discussed with you.
This warranty covers issues related to faulty workmanship, and structural defects arising under normal wearing conditions. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper handling or care, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds and Store Credit:
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, as per your preference. Refunds are processed within 3-7 days after receiving the returned item. Store credit can be used for future purchases at the Lisa Raleigh Store and is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Stone Loss and Damages:
While we take utmost care in crafting the stone(s) for our Meraki rings, they are delicate and require periodic inspection and maintenance to ensure they are securely inserted in the ring. Regrettably, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the stone(s) once the ring has been purchased.

Care Instructions:
Proper care and maintenance of your ring is essential to preserve its beauty and longevity. Here are some care instructions to follow:
Remove your ring before engaging in activities that may expose it to water, harsh chemicals, rough surfaces, or extreme temperatures.
Avoid wearing your ring while swimming, showering, or participating in sports activities.

Our Meraki Rings, and the accompanying stone orbs (which are inserted into the metal ring), are designed for adult use only. These products should be used responsibly and with appropriate caution to ensure safety. They are not intended for use by children, nor should they be left within reach of children.

Choking Hazard: The detachable stone orbs can pose a serious choking hazard if swallowed, inserted into any bodily orifice(s) especially by infants and young children. The stone orbs are small and should always be kept out of reach of children and pets. If a stone orb is accidentally swallowed, or inserted into any bodily orifice, seek medical assistance immediately.

Stone orb Attachment: The stone orbs should be securely fitted into the ring at all times during use. We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused due to improper fitting of the stone orb into the ring, neither for injury incurred due to the insertion of the stone orb into the metal ring.

Ring without stone orb: The ring, when worn without a stone orb, presents a risk due to the exposed gap and metal protrusions/edges. Caution should be exercised to avoid potential injury to oneself or others, or damage to personal property. Do not wear the ring without a stone orb unless you fully understand and accept the risks associated with it.

Proper Usage: The Meraki Rings are designed as a fashion accessory and should not be used in any other manner than as intended. Do not attempt to use the product in any other potentially harmful or dangerous way.

Disclaimer of Liability: By purchasing and using our product, you agree that we are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety warnings and instructions.

Spares & Repairs

Defective Products

If you discover any defects in products you have purchased from our store, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for Body Kind products or 7 days for Bounti products. For the Body Kind Bra, please contact us within 2 days. If you have purchased the item online, kindly arrange the return with our support team before reporting the defect at our store. Please send an email to stock@lisaraleigh.co.za or call/message +27 68 230 6788
to reach our support team. When reporting the defect, kindly provide your purchase receipt and the original product packaging.
Upon receiving the complaint, we will investigate the issue, and if it's a manufacturing defect, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Normal Wear & Tear

All our products are subject to normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues due to regular use, please contact us. We will evaluate the issue and suggest possible solutions, including repair, replacement, or referral to a third-party repair service.

Repair Services

Our store offers repair services for our products. If your product has a defect or breaks within the relevant warranty period, you can report it back to us within the specified time frame, and we will offer repair or replacement at no cost to you. If you wish to repair a product that has no defects or is outside its warranty period, contact us for a quote for the repair cost. You can ship the items back to us at your expense or visit us in-store, and we will be glad to assist you. Once we receive the product, we will evaluate the issue and provide an estimate for the repair cost. Please note that the cost may vary depending on the product and request.

Our store provides specific warranties for our Rebounders, Support Bars, T-bars, and other Products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. If you experience any issues covered by the warranty, please contact us, and we will provide repair, exchange, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. The duration and terms of each warranty are specified above.

Exclusions

Our repairs policy does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, misuse, or modifications made by a customer or a third party. The policy also does not cover damages caused by unfortunate circumstances such as fire or theft.

Our store aims to provide hassle-free and convenient repair services to ensure our customers remain satisfied with their purchase and our services.

Lay-By Policy

Thank you for choosing the Lisa Raleigh Store to kickstart your wellness journey! We are your one-stop-shop for all things rebounding, and we promise to be there for you every bounce of the way! We want to ensure that anybody and everybody can gain access to the biggest gift you can give yourself - your health! Therefore, we have enabled lay-bys for in-store purchases. We want your experience with us to be as smooth and convenient as possible, so please take a moment to read and understand our lay-by policy and terms and conditions outlined below:

Duration

The maximum duration for an in-store lay-by is 3 months. The duration starts from the date of the initial deposit made on the lay-by. All lay-by payments must be completed before the agreed-upon end date.

Payment

The total amount of your order will be divided into equal instalments based on the duration of your lay-by. Whether you choose a lay-by period of several weeks or months, the full amount will be split accordingly. Each week or month, you will be required to make the instalment payment as per the agreed-upon schedule. This allows for a convenient and structured approach to fulfilling your lay-by agreement, ensuring that the total amount is paid off by the end of the agreed duration. Payments can be made in-store at any time during our regular business hours. Payments can be made using cash, debit/credit cards, gift cards and store credit. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Lay-by cancellations can be made by you at any time before the end date of the lay-by agreement. If you decide to cancel your lay-by, you are entitled to a refund. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. If you fail to make the required payments or do not complete the lay-by within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the lay-by agreement and refund the amount paid, excluding the the cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase, and no additional compensation will be provided.

Collection

Products on lay-by can only be collected upon full payment of the lay-by amount. The goods must be collected within 30 days after full payment has been made. After 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the lay-by agreement and refund the amount paid. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase will be deducted from the refund amount, and no additional compensation will be provided. Proof of identification and a receipt are required to collect the items. If someone other than the lay-by account holder is collecting the goods, they must present authorisation along with a copy of the receipt.

Changes to Lay-by Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the lay-by policy and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the lay-by terms will apply to both existing and new lay-by agreements.

Liability

We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of goods after they have been collected by you.By proceeding with a lay-by in store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above policy and terms.

Store Collections

Here at the Lisa Raleigh Store, we thank you for your purchase and congratulate you on the investment you’ve made in your health!

Please note, if you decide to fully pay for your order upfront and choose to collect the items at a later stage for any reason, there is a maximum timeframe of 30 days for collection. It is your responsibility to inform us if you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe. The validity of a delayed collection beyond 30 days is at our discretion. Failure to collect the goods within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order, and you will be refunded. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase will be deducted from the refund amount, and no additional compensation will be provided. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you regarding the expiration of the collection period.

If we attempt to contact you on three separate occasions regarding the expiration of the collection period and receive no response, we will assume that you have cancelled your order, and you will be refunded the amount that you paid excluding the cancellation fee of 10%.

Please note that purchases made on our website are solely intended for orders that require delivery. If you wish to collect an order in person, we kindly request that you make your purchase directly at our Nicolway store. It is important to understand that for online purchases, a delivery fee will be automatically charged. If you choose to collect your order from our retail store instead, please note that the delivery fee allocated during the online purchase will not be refunded.
