Why your kids should start rebounding today
We all know how important exercise is for our overall mental and physical health. This is especially true for children, as they are still growing and developing. Exercise for kids is an incredibly important part of a foundation for good health.
According to International guidelines, every child who can walk unaided should be active for at least 180 minutes a day, with ‘energetic’ play accounting for 60 minutes of this, spread throughout the day. What are the benefits of rebounding for kids?
