The details for this unforgettable trip are as follows…

• Location: Luxurious, 5-star Kapama Private Game Reserve in Hoedspruit 
• The dates are from 3rd to 7th November 2025 (5 days and 4 nights)
• Please note that ONLY a sharing option for the Deluxe Suites (for 2 ladies each) is available. If you’d like to be paired with someone specific, let us know. Otherwise, we will automatically pair you up!
• Pricing includes airfare, accommodation, all meals, snacks, teas, coffees and drinks, all planned excursions (including game drives and guided walks), as well as planned BABOR skincare and spa treatments. Detailed excursions and daily activities are specified in the trip itinerary, linked below!
• Departure is from the Bryanston bounti Studio on Monday, 3rd November 2025 (travel details and logistics are outlines in the trip itinerary, linked below, and flight details will be communicated after your official booking and payment)
• Please note that this is a ladies-only trip, for adults over the age of 18
• Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be added to a WhatsApp group with Lisa and the other ladies who will also be going on the trip – on this group, you will be sent extra info, including flight information, a packing list, the daily itinerary and other additional comms.
• You will also be required to attend an online meeting, via Zoom, about a month before departure (date, time and link to be communicated via the WhatsApp group), where you’ll discuss further details about the trip and be allowed to ask Lisa any questions you may have

Terms and conditions apply! Please see the following critically important notes:

• To come on this trip, you must have a travel-friendly bounti or JumpSport Rebounder (either a bounti Spring or Quad Fold Rebounder, or a JumpSport 350F or 550F Rebounder) as well as a Rebounder Carry Bag, and basic bounti Workout Equipment (the complete list of workout equipment is included in the packing list, which will be sent to you after booking and payment).
• Bookings MUST be made by 30th September 2025 latest. Upon booking, a 30% deposit is required to secure your spot. The next 30% is due by the 3rd of October 2025, and the last payment by the 25th of October 2025.
• Please note that you will NOT require a PCR test, vaccine certification or visa for this trip.
• We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance. Please note that no refunds will apply if you do not have travel insurance.
• You MUST have some form of medical aid/insurance or hospital plan, and physical proof thereof. Please note that this medical aid/insurance or hospital plan MUST be internationally applicable.
• You must be fit and able for travel – no illness or severe injury.
• Should you have any specific requests (e.g. dietary requirements, allergies, etc.), please mention them during booking and we will do our best to accommodate you accordingly. (Please note that these requests cannot always be guaranteed.)
• Please note that you are responsible for arriving at the Bryanston bounti Studio, on the date of departure, at your own cost.
• As this is a South African trip, a passport is NOT required for South African citizens. If you are NOT a South African citizen, please note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date and contain at least 3 blank pages.
• Please note that there are NO minors (any persons under the age of 18) permitted on this trip.
• All quotes are subject to availability, change due to airfare increases, hotel rate increases, currency exchange fluctuations and any other unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy. This policy is designed to cover the costs and arrangements made in preparation for your participation.

• Initial Commitment: Upon making payment, you affirm your commitment to joining the WellCation. As a 30% deposit is required upfront, this action reserves your spot and initiates the planning and arrangement processes on our end.
• Understanding Cancellations: We recognise that circumstances can change, impacting your ability to attend. However, as the departure date approaches, the challenge of filling your spot increases, necessitating the imposition of a cancellation fee to offset the expenses already incurred.
• We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment deadlines are not met. Limited spaces are available for each group; failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and refunds will be subject to the policies of our providers (airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
• We also reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or services if necessary, due to operational requirements or safety concerns. We will inform guests of any major changes.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation More than 60 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable 10% portion of the initial deposit.
• Cancellation Between 30 and 60 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel your booking between 30 and 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Cancellation Less than 30 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.
• No-shows or unused portions of the trip are non-refundable.

To ensure the highest level of satisfaction and to maintain fairness to all participants, we kindly request adherence to the above terms. We also advise securing travel insurance that covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, thereby providing an additional layer of financial protection.
