This Fly Fusion Class is the ultimate fusion experience, combining multiple styles of rebounding with the “bounti Fly” bungee fitness modality in a 2-hour session! Join bounti founder, Lisa Raleigh as she creatively combines the exhilarating benefits of rebounding exercise with the freeing thrill of bungee fitness. This extraordinary event is unlike any we’ve ever done before, and will take your fitness to new heights!

The rebounding portion of the class will guide you through an energetic and dynamic workout. Rebounding is a low-impact exercise that involves jumping on a mini-trampoline, and offering a multitude of benefits, including improving fitness, aiding in lymph circulation, and strengthening and toning muscles.

Within this session, each of the 4 different fitness styles will be focused on for around 30 minutes each:

  • Lisa will include elements of “bounti Play” – a rebounding class style she’s developed, that includes testing, trying, experimenting and “playing” around that challenges your body in new, interesting ways!
  • Lisa will also incorporate bounti Flow, where she teaches you a cardio-dominant sequence of rebounding moves that “Flow” together to form one, comprehensive routine. You’ll piece the routine together, move by move, until it all comes together at the end to create a satisfying, yet super fun sequence!
  • The class will also include strength work – or “bounti Grit” – on the rebounder, where you’ll tone up and get those muscles burning and working
  • You’ll also experience the joy and thrill of bungee fitness with bounti Fly! Bungee fitness is another low-impact modality that combines elements of dance, aerobics and acrobatics, with you wearing a harness that is attached to bungee cords, suspended from the ceiling. The extra support and resistance allows you to perform high-flying movements that are impossible to achieve on the ground, doing big jumps, leaps, flips and super dynamic movement while suspended in the air!
