Literally NO Excuses!!

I absolutely enjoyed the 21 day no excuses challenge. Not only do you have no excuses about not having equipment you also need to be disciplined to do the workouts! It is a fun way to exercise and trying new things with household items and the program really allows you to work at your own pace.... staying motivated is key but this challenge most certainly is for everyone.
