Age Limit: 9 to 15 years old

Please Note: Parents MUST read, complete and sign an indemnity form on behalf of their tween(s)/teen(s) BEFORE their participation in this class in-studio. Indemnity forms will be available at the studio’s front desk prior to the event. At this class, participants MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This class is suitable for teens/tweens between the ages of 9 and 15.

Qualified bounti Kids’ and bounti Fly instructor, Meg is thrilled to bring teens and tweens an exciting hour-long bounti Fly class that combines the fun of bungee fitness with the benefits of movement and mental wellness.

This unique session is designed specifically for older kids, giving them the perfect space to explore movement in a safe, supportive, and exhilarating environment. Using a secure bungee cord attached to a harness, participants will learn dynamic moves that help boost their strength, coordination, and fitness!

With Meg’s expert guidance, teens and tweens will work through a fun and inspiring set of bungee moves, from gravity-defying jumps to playful aerial sequences. Each class ends with a grounding and empowering set of affirmations, leaving participants feeling stronger both physically and mentally. It’s a chance to move their bodies, build confidence, and leave with an incredible sense of accomplishment.

Bungee fitness is the ultimate way for your teen or tween to stay active, improve their fitness, and boost their self-esteem. Whether they’re jumping, flying, or just laughing along with their peers, this class offers an innovative way to encourage physical health, mental well-being, and a sense of empowerment — all while having the time of their lives!

Event Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, due to high demand and limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all event bookings:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

This is because your reserved spot could have been offered to someone else. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
