Our “Best You in 2022” Programme gives you 12 weeks of varied workouts, and two eating plans! The workouts feature our popular Back 2 Basics beginner rebounding classes, as well as some beginner classes by our other instructors. Nothing intimidating, all short enough to fit in with your busy lives, and you’ll feel totally guided and supported. The nutritional components are REALLY nutritious and delicious, with recipes developed by our registered dietician, Carly, and Lr Chef, Tamsyn.  

No matter what 2022 has in store for us, let’s kick those unhealthy habits so that we can face all of its challenges in the best possible state! Let’s make THIS the year we create and maintain a happy, balanced and mindful lifestyle.

  • Day 4 – Rulene (beginner FOMO)
  • Day 5 - Lisa R (beginner FOMO)
  • Day 6 – 10 min stretch video with Tertia D (this will be the same stretch video for the entire programme)
