A must do!

I loved the program, so easy to follow and a few meal options to choose from. I think I experienced every detox symptom in the first 4 days but after that I started seeing results instantly! Huge changes in my energy levels and gut. I also lost 2 kgs...something I’ve been battling with since December last year. I would love to do this again, it really does reset your system and also helps broaden your thinking regarding cooking and meals. Thank you to Lisa and Carley for all your help!

You will feel so much better!

The best thing you can do for your health and learn about your body. I did the Elimin8 programme as part of the summer bodies challenge. Such a well put together programme and easy to follow. You will feel so much better. You will also find out which foods suit your body better. Highly recommended.

Totally worth it!

This is one of the best things you can do for yourself and health. I was very nervous to start and thought I would never make the full 10 days. But, it is possible and I actually really enjoyed it and now do it 3-4 times a year. It really is worth it! It makes you feel amazing!

A worthy challenge

I recently completed the Elimin8 cleanse as part of the Bounti 8-week challenge. I'm so proud of myself for seeing it through...as a big meat-lover, I thought it would be really hard, but I actually enjoyed thinking out of the box and trying new recipe ideas. It has definitely opened my eyes in terms of looking at certain foods differently. It's also taught me new ways of cooking certain things from scratch and throwing a bunch of veggies together to make a meal! Cooking a vegetarian or vegan meal now seems quite normal (even though I still love my meat).
