Bungee Studio Bi-Fold Spares | Replacement Mat

I received my mat 2 days after ordering it was fantastic service, but the mat was too large for my rebounder. I made contact with Bridget (studio) over the phone and she was very helpful. She told me to take a photo of the mat and then she spoke to the team at the studio. I took my rebounder to the studio last week and we discovered it was the incorrect mat. Bridget told me to leave the rebounder there and collect it the next day. Thabiso and Perfect fitted the mat for me as I would have difficulty. Then last night the 2 springs snapped. I will be getting 2 new springs at the studio today. I hope that the mat is correct and that no more springs will snap (holding thumbs). Great service from Bridget and Thabsio :-)
