Muscles & Metabolism Journey | 6-Months

Building and maintaining lean muscle mass is a long-term goal, and it’s one that deserves more than a quick fix. Our 6-Month Muscles and Metabolism Journey, created in partnership with our registered dietitian Carly Seager, is designed to give you the personalised guidance, accountability and insight you need to make meaningful progress towards a stronger, healthier body.

It’s particularly valuable for those navigating a GLP-1 journey who want to approach weight loss responsibly and sustainably, but you absolutely don’t need to be using a GLP-1 medication to benefit from it! Here’s what’s included…

• Initial Consult with Carly: Start your journey with a personalised consultation to understand your current needs, goals and nutritional requirements.
• 5 Monthly Follow-Up Consults: Continue checking in with Carly each month, so that your nutrition and goals can be reviewed and refined as you progress.
• Monthly InBody Tests: Track changes in your body composition over time, including lean mass, rather than relying on the number on the scale alone.
• Personalised Eating Plan: Carly will curate an eating plan specifically for you, helping you nourish your body in a way that supports your individual goals and muscle-building journey.

We know everyone’s body, lifestyle and starting point are different, which is why this isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Your consultations can take place either in person or online, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Once you’ve purchased your journey, Carly will be in contact with you to arrange your consultation details; including exact location, time and date.

For those choosing the online consultation option, please note that the cost of your InBody Tests is not included. You’ll need to arrange your own InBody Assessment at a facility that offers this service and submit your results to Carly each month for review.

And because understanding your unique body can be such a valuable part of your wellness journey, we’re adding even more value: purchase the 6-Month Muscles and Metabolism Journey together with a DNA Core Test and you’ll receive 10% off your DNA Core Test. Simply, add both products to your cart and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout!

Your body is so much more than a number on a scale, and that’s exactly why we love this journey! By combining expert dietetic guidance, regular InBody assessments and a personalised eating plan, you get a much clearer picture of what’s actually happening inside your body and, more importantly… What you can do to support it.

Rather than simply focusing on losing weight, this offering helps you prioritise maintaining and building lean muscle, supporting a healthy metabolism, improving your nutrition and creating sustainable habits that can serve you for years to come. It’s personalised, measurable and designed to evolve alongside you, giving you the knowledge, accountability and professional support to make informed decisions about your health every step of the way. This is your opportunity to build a stronger foundation for your health with expert guidance, personalised nutrition and measurable insight… One month at a time!
