Shipping Within South Africa
• No International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within South Africa.
• Standard Shipping Fees: Shipping fee are calculated at checkout.
• High-Risk Areas: If your address is located in an area deemed “Higher Risk” by our courier, an additional fee may apply.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Standard Delivery:
• Major Cities & Metropolitan Areas: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
• Outlying & Remote Areas: 4-7 business days after dispatch.
• Pre-Orders: If your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to the specific product page for estimated delivery timelines (typically 3-5 weeks).
Courier & Delivery Arrangements
• All deliveries are dispatched via our designated courier partners. The courier company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time.
• We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
• If no one is available to receive the package, delivery may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: After two failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us. You will be required to pay an additional delivery fee before it can be re-shipped.
• Weekend & Public Holiday Deliveries: Standard courier deliveries do not take place over weekends or public holidays unless pre-arranged (additional charges may apply).

Delivery Issues & Liability
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note the following:
• Damaged or Opened Packages: If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with upon delivery, you must refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier before signing.
• Missing Items: Smaller items may be packed inside larger boxes. Please inspect all packaging carefully before discarding to ensure all items are present.
• Reporting Issues: Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include photos of the package and its contents.
• Accepted Deliveries: If a package is accepted without noting any damage, we are not liable for missing or damaged items.

Order Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 7 days in accordance with the Electronic Communication and Transactions Act (2002) and the Consumer Protection Act (2008).
• After this cooling-off period, canceled orders will be subject to a 15% administration fee.
• If we must cancel an order due to insufficient stock or other unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund.
