With this service, you ALSO gain unlimited access to a selection of short, “Exercise Snacks”, sorted into categories based on their time duration, as follows:

  • 0-5 minutes
  • 6-10 minutes
  • 11-15 minutes

Each category will contain various, highly-curated Exercise Snacks from our team of bounti trainers, enabling you to choose the most appropriate option, based on your specific needs and time availability, with NEW Exercise Snacks added to the library on a regular basis. This library accommodates individuals with varying time constraints and differing fitness levels. Rest assured there’s something for everyone, and every circumstance!

You will ALSO gain access to a variety of 20 brand-new, FOMO workouts from our various different instructors and their different styles of rebounding classes. You will receive a selection of:

  • Beginner: Light, dynamic and comprehensive classes. Master the fundamentals and cover all the bases, with our bounti equipment included here and there to provide an extra challenge.
  • Intermediate: Strength, toning, cardio, endurance and hard work meet mindful movement. Take it up a notch, with a focus on specific muscle groups, resistance training, core, balance and mobility.
  • HIIT: Includes cycles of high-intensity work, each followed by short periods of recovery. Reach peak heart rate numbers and torch TONS of calories!
  • SCULPT: Have more of a Pilates feel to them, with a sprinkle of some barre principles and movements. They still have the cardio and strength elements, but include control, balance, mobility, core work and alignment.
  • SWIFT: Higher intensity, full-body workouts that are condensed into 30 to 45 minute sessions for busy people who need a full-body workout, but don’t have the time to participate in an hour-long class.
  • BURN: Blends rebounding, cardio, strength and toning into a dynamic, high-energy session. These classes focus on technique, balance, strength work, and coordination, giving you a well-rounded workout that’s just as fun as it is challenging.
  • FLOW: Predominantly cardio-focused rebounding workout, where you learn a routine; first done separately on each side of your body, starting with the right. At the end, both sides are seamlessly pieced together in the grand finale.
  • BEAT: Go on a dance journey! Get ready to move and groove on the rebounder, doing a workout that’s so much fun you’ll forget you’re even exercising. Don’t worry, we’ll still throw in some strength training, resistance work, core work and balance.

  • bounti SILVER FOMO Workouts – our in-studio rebounding classes for seniors that have been recorded and edited for easy online viewing. Designed for those aged 65 and older, these beginner-friendly workouts are around 30 minutes each, with expert guidance and a slow, comfortable pace. These low-impact rebounding workouts are perfect whether you’re a senior yourself, or want to gift the benefits of movement to a parent or grandparent!
  • bounti Barre FOMO Workouts – our in-studio bounti Barre Rebounding Classes that have also been recorded and edited for your bouncing pleasure.   1. This is an already-discounted offering, meaning that no additional discounts (including Discovery Vitality and Momentum Multiply) can be applied to this service. 
  2. Subscription services are only available when you utilise the LayUp option at checkout.
  3. Multiple subscription services cannot be purchased at once. If you wish to purchase multiple subscription services, please check out each subscription separately, using the LayUp option each time.
  4. This is a non-inventory item, meaning that no shipping fee applies. 
  5. Your payment will be received as a debit order, on the same day every month (the date of purchase). You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at community@lisaraleigh.co.za. This debit order is automated to repeat monthly until you request cancellation. If you do wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us with 1 month's notice.
  6. When your LayUp payment is processed for your first month, you will be given access to the platform.
  7. Do not add any other product or service to your cart when you select this subscription.
  8. All FOMOS, Exercise Snacks and Programmes are NOT downloadable - your library will be streamed to you.
  9. Your subscription fee is fixed for each month - i.e. we will not up the price during this period!
