If you’re ready to take your rebounding skill to the next level, bounti Flow is the way to go! But first, what is Flow? For those of you who don’t know, Flow is a cardio-dominant rebounding session, where Lisa takes you through a sequence of complex rebounding moves. Don’t worry, Lisa breaks down and practices each move, first doing the routine on the right side of the body, and then on the left. At the end of the session, you piece together both the right and left sides of the sequence, with both sides seamlessly “flowing” into one comprehensive routine.
Although Flow may look super complicated when you only see the complete sequence at the end, Lisa will simplify it and teach it to you step by step. Not only is it incredibly satisfying to master your Flow routine, but Flow is also amazing for improving your memory, concentration, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, endurance and your overall rebounding skill and proficiency.

At this exclusive, hands-on Flow Technique Workshop, Lisa – with her years of experience in personal training and her unparalleled knowledge of rebounding – will help you correct and perfect your Flow technique. At this workshop, she will cover the following:
- How to master around 15 of the most common Flow moves
- Seamlessly transitioning from one move into the next
- How each routine is constructed and pieced together
- Memory, and little hacks to remember the full routines
- Coordination, especially because Flow works one side of the body at a time
- Balance, stability and body positioning
- How to follow along with her in the mirror (Lisa faces a mirror in every Flow class, so that you can see her movements from all angles)
- How to keep your bounce low and fast to match the quicker pace of Flow
At this one-of-a-kind workshop, Lisa will guide you through the ins and outs of Flow, and simplify the seemingly complex routines into bite-sized chunks. She’ll provide her expert instruction to make Flow feel more manageable, and less overwhelming or daunting. Although this workshop is not suitable for beginners (we recommend that you already have a substantial level of rebounding fitness), Flow is Lisa’s favourite style of rebounding, and she’d love for all of you to step out of your comfort zone, and give it a try!
