Join beloved bounti instructor, Cait, for a light, dynamic and comprehensive bounti class. This class is perfect for those at a beginner/intermediate level. If you’re still relatively new to rebounding, or you want to improve on mastering the basics and fundamentals, it’s definitely a great place to start and improve.
Within the 45 to 60 minutes, Cait covers all the bases: cardio, toning, strength and stretching. With the addition of some light equipment here and there, take the session at your own pace. Enjoy high-energy tunes, and some well-deserved, guilt-free ‘me time’.
