These adjustable ankle weights are ideal for rebounding as well as many lower body exercises that require some extra resistance – such as donkey kicks, kickbacks, lunges etc. Each ankle weight contains 4 weighted bags that are 0.5kg each (up to 2kg each with all 4 bags). They’re adjustable and 100% washable in cold water. Leave out in the open air to dry. Avoid direct sunlight and tumble drying.
