Bursting with joy, each cracker was crafted with care, so much attention to detail, and made with positivity and love! Please take note of the following important policies regarding the purchase and enjoyment of the goodies inside:

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the perishable nature of the lollipops inside the crackers, and the sealed casing of the affirmation pill, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges for the entire cracker and its components are not possible. This policy is in place to guarantee the freshness and quality of the goodies inside.

Allergens and Health Risks:

Our lollipops inside the crackers contain allergens. Our lollipops are vegan but may contain traces of dairy and nuts. We advise customers to carefully review the ingredient list provided below and refrain from consuming the lollipop if they have known allergies to any of these ingredients:

    The lollipop is deemed edible until the expiration date of 1st February 2024. Store the lollipop in a cool, dry area before consumption to maintain its freshness.

    By accepting and purchasing our Festive Season crackers, customers acknowledge and accept the following:

      All components of the cracker, including the affirmation bracelet, the affirmation capsule, the lollipop, and any other decorative elements pose a choking hazard. Customers are advised to exercise caution, especially with young children.
    1. Allergen Awareness:

      Customers are responsible for being aware of the ingredients and allergens in the lollipop and making informed decisions based on their individual dietary needs.
    1. Health Risks: 

      The Lisa Raleigh Store is not liable for any illness, allergic reactions, or physical injuries resulting from the consumption or use of items inside of the cracker.
