I started rebounding on and off in 2019 using Lisa Raleigh downloadable workouts. I loved it so much that I started taking my rebounder with me to gym and my friend and I used to do a workout together at least twice a week.
In 2020 lockdown, I took rebounding more seriously and did Lisa’s LIVE online classes daily. It was such a fantastic way to include all the exercise components in one workout, I felt happy, stronger and more motivated to exercise
as it was so much FUN and extremely low impact so for people like me with rheumatoid arthritis, it was amazing to find a fitness modality that ticks all the boxes and puts no stress on the joints.
I just knew right then, that I had to share this with everyone in my hometown, so I did my rebounding course with Lisa Raleigh in 2020 and qualified as a Rebounding Instructor in August 2020.
I officially opened my business in January 2021. Since then I have completed my Kids Bounti Instructor course with Lisa and I am now a proudly qualified Kids Rebounding Instructor as well – kids classes coming soon!
I currently have 5 classes per week (schedule below). My main studio is at The Zululand Multi Sport Club, 123 Davidson Lane, Meerensee 3901, I also have 1 class a week at Maxim Fitness Gym, 17 On Club, Mzingazi Golf Estate, Meerensee 3901.
My classes are a mix of LIIT and HIIT where we focus on strength, cardio, toning, core strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. I like to incorporate many of Lisa Raleigh approved accessories in class to keep it fun and exciting
all the time and not to forget an awesome playlist to keep you motivated while torching those calories.
