Makes:
30 Flapjacks
40 Pancakes

Flapjacks:
1 cup milk of your choice
¾ cup oil of choice
4 tsp white vinegar
8 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Note: For vegan flapjacks omit the egg and oil, and add 1 can of coconut cream

Pancakes:
5 cups water
1 cup oil of choice
4 tsp white vinegar
8 eggs

Note: For vegan pancakes omit the egg and add 1 cup of coconut milk
Jar Ingredients: Flour, baking powder, salt, castor sugar
